This project took place in the coastal suburb of Two Rocks, Western Australia. The proposal was for a five bedroom and two bathroom family home. We were approached by the project manager and asked if we could construct a timber frame for the structure in accordance with the architectural plans.
In addition to the timber framing, the project also required the installation of timber stud walls, prefabricated trusses and a conventional stick roof. This combination allowed for a balance between efficiency in construction and customisation in design, meeting the client’s specific requirements.
The combination of timber stud walls, prefab trusses, and conventional stick roofing allowed for efficient construction while maintaining the flexibility needed for the custom design. The project was delivered on time and met the client’s expectations for both functionality and aesthetically.
