This project took place on a farm property in Kojonup, located three hours south of Perth. We were commissioned by the farm owner to remove and replace the roof sheeting of the managers cottage on the property.
We began by removing the existing roof sheeting from the two bedroom one bathroom structure, which had deteriorated due to age and local weather conditions. The team then proceeded in replacing the torn up sheeting with new, high quality, durable Colorbond roof sheets. During the installation, a valley gutter was created to ensure adequate roof drainage.
The project was completed on time and within budget, and the farm’s management was pleased with the results. The new roof not only safeguarded the cottage but also extended its lifespan, ensuring that it remained a comfortable living space for years to come.
