This project was carried out at a large child care centre in Bicton. We were commissioned by the business to complete upgrades on the several bathrooms within the complex. The scope of the project included installing child-sized toilet partitions tailored to the needs of young children. We also completed the bathroom fit-off by installing essential fixtures such as toilet roll holders, paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers and rails.
We began with the toilet partition installation. These partitions were specially designed to accommodate the height and needs of the young children who attend the child care. The partitions were made from durable, easy to clean materials. Each partition was carefully installed to ensure stability and privacy.
Once we had installed the partitions, the team then went ahead and completed the bathroom fit-off by adding a number key fixtures. These fixtures included toilet roll holders for each cubicle, paper towel holders, and soap dispensers. Additionally in the disabled bathroom we also installed a shower curtain track, safety railing and fold out bench. We completed this for each of the toilet blocks within the complex, totaling seven installations.
The childcare centre staff were pleased with the results, noting that the new installations not only improved the functionality of the bathrooms but also contributed to a safer and more organised environment for the children.
