This was a large project, covering three distinct sites with similar cladding and decorative lining requirements. In each location including Claremont, Burswood, and Rivervale, we were tasked with enhancing the exterior aesthetics of each multi-story residential and commercial building.
The scope of each project involved the application of decorative outdoor wall and ceiling linings, designed to add both visual appeal and protection to the structures. Given the diversity of the sites, the project required a high level of precision and adaptability in order to meet specific needs of each.
We began in Claremont, on a multi-story residential complex. The team applied timber-style aluminium cladding to the building’s exterior walls, giving the structure a contemporary, elegant look that complemented the surrounding architecture. The ceiling linings were also clad in the same material, providing a cohesive design that enhanced the overall aesthetic of the property.
We then directed our attention to the Burswood structure, this time working on a mixed-use commercial and residential building. The team applied composite cladding to the exterior walls, ensuring the building had a modern, sleek appearance.
Finally, we moved to the Rivervale structure. This project involved cladding a residential tower with timber-style aluminium. The cladding was applied to the ceilings of balconies, providing a consistent, stylish appearance throughout each level of the building.
The use of composite and timber-style aluminium cladding provided each building with a modern, durable, and visually appealing exterior.
