This residential project in North Perth involved us constructing a custom patio structure at the front of the home. We did this by extending steel posts from the existing fence line upward towards the second story.
The patio featured a skillion-style roof, a modern and sleek design that allowed for maximised natural light. In addition to the patio construction, we also framed and enclosed the existing fencing structure, giving the homeowners an additional layer of privacy from pedestrians.
The project was completed on time and within budget, and the homeowners were thrilled with the transformation of their outdoor area. The new patio structure provided a versatile space for outdoor gatherings, while the framed fencing added privacy and enhanced the property’s overall appearance.
